If you have opened a screen, you can view the settings of the result list or show or hide columns. To do this, follow these steps:

In the "Result settings" dialogue window that appears, specify the columns displayed in the results list.

Save the selection with the "Apply" button.
This closes the "Result settings" dialogue window and updates the results list.
The following elements are available:

"Available" area |
On the left side, you find the "Available" area with all columns available for this screen. Use the filter field or the scroll bar to search for columns. |

"Selected" area |
On the right side, you find the "Selected" area showing all columns that are currently displayed in the results list. |

In both areas, "Available" and "Selected", you can search for columns directly in the list or just filter the list. |

Click this button to add the columns selected in the "Available" area to the "Selected" area. You can select multiple entries at the same time by holding down the <CTRL> key. On mobile devices, you can select several values by simply selecting the values one after the other.

Click this button to add all available columns at once to the "Selected" area. |

|
Click this button to remove the columns marked in the "Selected" area from the results list. You can reselect them in the "Available" area at any time to add them to the display. |

Click this button to remove all currently selected columns from the results list. You can reselect them in the "Available" area at any time to add them to the display. |

Click this button to move the columns selected in the "Selected" area one position up. |
|
|
Click this button to move the columns selected in the "Selected" area to the top. |

Click this button to move the columns selected in the "Selected" area one position down. |

Click this button to move the columns selected in the "Selected" area to the bottom. |
Use the "Show column in results list" checkbox in the filter conditions to add a column for the filter in the results list:
