Certificate group

The certificate type, here "Reverse convertible bond".

A reverse convertible bond is a structured financial product. The most important characteristic of these products is that at maturity the issuer has the option to either repay 100% of the nominal amount or deliver a pre-specified amount of shares.

In addition, the investor receives one or more coupon payments during the lifetime of the certificate. The coupon is usually significantly higher than that of a normal bond.

Certificate type

The certificate type.

The type is used to categorise reverse convertible bonds more precisely, for example, "Reverse Convertible Classic" or "Reverse Convertible Pro".

Interest rate p.a.

The annual interest rate or coupon of the reverse convertible bond.

Strike

The strike or exercise price of the reverse convertible bond.

Nominal value

The nominal value of the reverse convertible bond.

Security level

The security level or barrier of the reverse convertible bond.
