"Figures" view in the "Results" area

In the "Figures" view selected by default, the most important financial indicators are shown. The values are shown in green for positive changes and red for negative changes.

You will find the following values under "Key figures":

  • Yield in %
Yield means here the "effective" interest rate of the capital invested in the bond. The invested amount is calculated considering all coupons, accrued interest and repayments.
  • Gross yield in %
The gross yield is higher than the net yield by the tax rate.
  • Net yield in %
The specified tax rate is subtracted from the individual coupon payment (example: 10% coupon, 25% tax rate (for example, flat tax) resulting in a 7.5% coupon payment). With the coupon payment less the taxes, the "effective" interest is calculated. The redemption at maturity is not affected by taxes. In the Bond Calculator, the net yield is always calculated with a 100% redemption price.
  • Accrued interest days
  • Accrued interest
  • Dirty Price in %
  • Clean Price in %
  • Remaining maturity in years
  • Duration
  • Modified duration
  • Basis point value (in points)
  • Convexity
  • ISMA yield bid
  • ISMA yield ask

The ISMA yields are calculated based on the bid or ask price of the corresponding security. Manual changes of the data in the widget have no effect on this.
