"Closed positions" view (portfolio)

Select the "Closed positions" view from the view drop-down list. The table lists all sale transactions.

You find the following columns and functions in the "Closed positions" view:

Function/column

Description

Selected

Shows the number of transactions currently selected in the history.

Click to open the menu containing the "Delete" command. Deletes the selected transactions from the history.

Filter year

Use the drop-down list to limit the transaction history to a certain year.

Filter month

Use the drop-down list to limit the transaction history to a certain month.


"Select row" column

In the first column, you can select individual rows (transactions).

To select all shown transactions, select the checkbox in the column header.

"Edit entry" icon

Allows you to resubmit the transaction of the corresponding row, that is, to edit or delete it.

Columns

You can show or hide the columns of the transactions overview in the settings that you open by using the widget menu icon. The following columns are available in the "Closed positions" view:

  • Name
  • ISIN
  • Quantity
  • Returns (net)
  • Returns (gross)
  • Buy date
  • Buy price [Portfolio currency]
  • Buy currency
  • Sell date
  • Sell price [Portfolio currency]
  • Sell currency
  • Created
  • Buy price [Buy currency]
  • Buy charges
    For partial sell transactions, the buy charges are shown.
  • Buy sum
  • Sell price [Buy currency]
  • Sell charges
  • Sell sum
  • Buy exchange rate
  • Sell exchange rate
  • Note

As in other tables, you can re-sort the transactions by clicking a column header.

The totals are also displayed for the following columns:

  • Buy charges
  • Buy sum
  • Sell charges
  • Sell sum
  • Returns (net)
  • Returns (gross)

The sum of the columns "Returns (net)" and "Returns (gross)" are calculated both as absolute values (in portfolio currency) and as percentage values.

By means of "Filter year" and "Filter month", the investment success of the positions closed in the previous year can be analysed, for example.
