Remove widgets from dashboard

You can remove widgets from a private dashboard any time. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Select the "Close" icon in the the upper right corner of the widget.
   

   

2. Confirm the prompt that appears by clicking the "Remove" button.
   

   

3. The widget is removed from the dashboard.
4. To remove a widget permanently from the dashboard, use the "Save" button in the title bar to save your dashboard settings.

Notes

For the smaller "Performance Tile" widget, you will find a "Remove" button in the widget menu.

Widgets on predefined standard dashboards cannot be removed. If the user is not authorised to remove widgets, then the "Close" icon is hidden.

You can add new widgets (on private dashboards) at any time by using the Widget Gallery.
